Typhoon 28 has joined Typhoon 27 off the coast. Neither are expected to make landfall but are dumping a lot of rain over Japan. Some places have had over 400ml in the last couple if days - none of them near me. Both are expected to move to the north of Japan before I leave so they shouldn't delay my return. I'm quite safe where I am, no strong winds just a bit of constant rain but there's a lot of indoor things I can do.
