We are in Nagoya and it's a little wet. The 26th Typhoon of the season is currently off Japan and is dumping quite a bit of rain over the area. The typhoon will miss us in Nagoya but may hit land around Tokyo. We're safe and dry in our hotel but I was planning to go to a festival in Ise south of Nagoya but may have to delay the trip due to the rain.
Instead we went to the Tokugawa museum with its rather nice garden and superb collection of antiques once owned by the Shogun.
