We just had a very delicious dinner at a soba noodle restaurant here in Nikko called Uoyara.
Mostly vegetarian, I had a soba noodle set while Graeme had a tempura set. Both meaks contained Nikko's local delicacy: yuba. Yuba is made from the skin that forms when making tofu and is quite tasty
